Referral and rebate records are kept for as long as needed to administer the referral programme. Data from enquiries that do not proceed to a project is kept for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
