HomeFest 2026: Curtain Checklist Before You Sign an ID

By Prime Decor Furnishing

Floor-to-ceiling off-white day sheers in a bright Singapore BTO living room overlooking neighbouring HDB blocks.

HomeFest 2.0 runs Friday to Sunday, 18–20 September 2026, 10AM–8PM, at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Hall 405. The organiser lists 300+ CaseTrust interior designers, 50+ home brands, RSVP-only entry (no walk-ins), and free tickets for the first 700 RSVPs before paid tickets apply - details on https://homefest.com.sg/ (checked 14 September 2026). Curtains sit in the same brand mix as furniture, flooring, and lighting. That weekend is for shortlisting designers and deals - not for guessing curtain lengths off a booth brochure.

This is not a haze story, not a PSLE desk story, and not a warm-monsoon sleep story. Those are already live. This one is for households walking Suntec this weekend who still need a clear window plan after keys.

We do not invent curtain “from $X” packages here. Every opening is measured on site. WhatsApp +65 9735 8050 for that visit.

What HomeFest is good for (and what it is not)

HomeFest is built for ID discovery, CaseTrust deposit protection talk, and brand booths under one roof. Use it to: (1) shortlist designers who understand HDB/BTO/condo constraints; (2) ask how windows are sequenced against paint, flooring, and AC ledges; (3) collect floor-plan photos and orientation notes (which rooms face west).

Do not treat a festival quote board as a finished curtain order.

Related once each: November 2026 BTO / HFE, and iPhone-budget BTO curtains.

Curtain questions to ask every ID this weekend

  1. Day privacy vs night blackout first? See BTO curtains.
  2. When do tracks go up relative to paint and flooring?
  3. Who measures after keys?
  4. Balcony? Outdoor zip on its own approval track.
  5. Warranty on soft furnishings - indoor 3 years with us.

Day-night usual Singapore pair after keys

See day night curtains.

Related once: haze and west-facing sun.

Indoor 3-year warranty.

ZipBlind only if balcony

Ziptrak® is a competitor trademark only. We supply ZipBlind outdoor zip blinds, with a five-year warranty on the zip-blind system. Somfy optional. Ask approval lead time before signing outdoor deals at a fair.

What to do this week (before or after Hall 405)

  1. RSVP only if you still need an ID shortlist (RSVP-only entry).
  2. Walk with a room map, not a shopping cart.
  3. Do not order curtains from a booth photo or BTO brochure - WhatsApp +65 9735 8050 for free measurement after keys.
  4. If a balcony is on the plan, start ZipBlind approval as its own track.
